  • Made of Stronger Stuff

Our bodies reflect change in the world around us. Psychologist Kimberley Wilson and Dr Xand van Tulleken ask - one body part at a time - how much control do we have?

    Stronger Minds

Kimberley Wilson brings you everything you need to know to build a healthier brain and a stronger mind, including food and nutrition, psychology, lifestyle, mental habits and debating big ideas.

    Crime and Nourishment

In 2002, Think Through Nutrition published a research paper that should have triggered a transformation in the judicial system. Instead, and in spite of successful replication, nothing has been done. This special series examines that research, explores the implications for society and the justice system and asks why, as yet, nothing has been done.

“It simply doesn’t make sense to have a conversation about mental health without considering the health of the brain. Nutrients are essential for proper brain structure and function. Nutrition matters for mental health.”
