Tropical Mango, Pineapple, Kiwi and Papaya Smoothie

A refreshing tropical smoothie, packed full of summer flavours.

Ingredients

Mango

Pineapple

Kiwi

Papaya

Method

Remove seeds, skin and or stones. Chop up into small pieces and place in a blender such as a NutriBullet.

Add filtered, mineral or coconut water as preferred with crushed ice. Alternatively add a non-dairy milk such as almond, coconut or oat milk.

These fruit are naturally sweet so no need to add natural sweeteners such as honey or cinnamon.

Blend until smooth.
