Raw cacao, coconut, hazelnut balls
A tasty snack for children and adults alike. A quick energy boost after school, or an after-dinner treat.
Makes about 24
50g of raw cacao
3 tablespoon of coconut oil, melted
100g dessicated coconut
100g ground hazelnuts
Pinch of salt
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor for around 3 to 4 minutes until completely mixed.
- Roll the mixture into balls and place into the freezer for 20 minutes then transfer to the fridge.
- Keeps refrigerated for up to a week.
