Poor diets are damaging our brains.

The brain is part of the body, so it should be no surprise that the same diet that is good for the body is also good for the brain.

No one would argue that our modern diets are connected with the increase in obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer, to name but a few of the degenerative physical disorders that now plague modern developed societies. What is less well recognised is that the same nutritionally poor diets that are contributing to poor physical health also have serious damaging implications for brain development and function.
