Tahani has worked across the health and not-for-profit sectors for 12 years. With a passion for delivering social impact, she has spent her career managing change and innovation initiatives focused on health value creation.
Tahani began her career in health policy, lobbying for better awareness, service provision and research for people affected by brain and spine conditions. She has worked for both private and charitable health providers, redesigning services for improved consumer health outcomes and experience. Tahani’s academic background is in psychology, and she holds a Masters in Psychological Research Methods and an MBA. In addition to her work with IFBB, she currently volunteers with the Employers’ Initiative on Domestic Abuse and has acted as Project Manager for TEDxHackney.
