IFBB was pleased to help former-Times journalist, Rachel Kelly, research her book The Happy Kitchen.  Rachel asks, how can eating good food help tackle the symptoms of mental illness, which we have identified as one of the most serious and costly issues  facing us?

The book combines science, cooking and personal insight to make eating good food for the brain simple and accessible.
